Tulbaghia violacea 'Alba' (White Society Garlic) is a tough, low-maintenance clumping evergreen perennial featuring narrow, grassy foliage and long-lasting clusters of fragrant white flowers. Flowers from mid-Spring through to Autumn with flowers on 50cm tall stems. Highly drought-tolerant and low-maintenance. The price is per 10 plants.

Care

  • Light: Thrives in full sun to partial shade.
  • Soil: Moderately fertile, well-drained loamy soil.
  • Hardiness: Drought and heat tolerant; tolerates light frost (down to -5°C).
  • Care: Low maintenance; trim spent flower stalks to encourage continuous blooming and divide clumps in spring if they become overcrowded.
