Shipping policy

The buyer is responsible for the transportation method used and if you choose to use Australia Post then you as the buyer bears all risk and responsibility for the goods once safely lodged with Australia Post. Please be aware that Australia Post revised their terms and conditions on 1 July 2026.  Australia Post will not be held responsible for loss or damage to perishable items unless there has been negligence on their part.  Perishable items include plants. If you wish to use a different company to transport your plants please advise the carrier's name to which you have an account.
