Ophiopogon japonicus, common mondo grass, forms tufts or clumps of dark green, needle-like foliage. It grows to a maxium height of 30cm. This form of mondo makes an exceptional natural border dividing garden and pathways as shown in the pictures. Once established it easily holds back pine bark chips in the garden whereas.
