Iris Florentina

 Iris Florentina, also commonly known as Florentine Iris or Orris Root. Orris Root Powder is used as a fixative with essential oils when making potpourri and the oil as a fixative in the manufacture of perfume. It flowers in spring. The flowers are white with blue veins, violet scented and the outer divisions fringed with yellow. The plant likes full sun in deep, rich, well-drained soil, but will grow almost everywhere. Drought tolerant. The price is for one small to medium sized plant.
